How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order? 

Unfortunately you cannot. If you contact us immediately after placing the order, we can probably make the change(s) you request. If the order has been charged, we cannot make any changes and the order will have to be cancelled. Please contact customer service with your request.


How do I track my order?

Click the Order Status link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.

 

How do I know that my order has been received?

You will receive an email confirmation for orders placed on our website within 24-48 hours. If you do NOT receive a confirmation please contact customer service to confirm that your order was received.

 

My order never arrived. 

Click the Order Status link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Make sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.


An item is missing from my shipment.

What if my item is not in stock?

We usually have most of our items in stock. In most cases, orders are shipped the same day they are processed. However, occasionally we may underestimate demand for a product, and the item may be backordered for a short time.  If your order contains out of stock items, we will ship your in-stock items immediately, and ship the backordered items in a separate shipment when they arrive.  If your order is time sensitive, or if you would like to check on the availability of an item prior to placing an order, please email us at sales@buywhiz.com.
