Orders will usually ship within 2-3 Business days following receipt of cleared payments. Orders are shipped either USPS or UPS. Express, Priority and Ground shipping can take up to 12-24 hrs to process.Please note: processing time does not include shipping time. Buywhiz is Not responsible for delays in delivery due to address inconsistencies, weather or any other uncontrollable acts. An additional fee may be charged for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to customer's error. Shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information you provide.
This includes PO Box orders sent Via USPS.
Shipping & Handling
Please note that orders placed after 1:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time) will be entered and Processed the next day. Please note: processing time does not include shipping time
Weekend orders (from Friday after 1:00 P.M. Est.) will be processed on Monday.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
If there is a problem with your order, you will receive an E-mail within Two - Three Business Days to advise you about the situation.
We ship to AK/HI/PR via USPS only.
Note:UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO
Many of our products are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. You may receive your products in separate packages. This is dependent on which warehouse they are being shipped from. Many of our items are shipped from several resources; thus your items may be shipped separately from each other, even in the same order. The options and ship time may be limited for certain items. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation and you can then track your order.
A $10.00 fee will be charged for address changes on packages that need to be re-routed during delivery due to an incorrect address. Please be sure that you enter the correct shipping address during checkout. Undeliverable shipments and refused deliveries will be charged for the original shipping fees plus a 15% handling fee.
There is a shipping surcharge for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Please inquire before purchasing.
Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance protects your product against the possibility of loss, theft, or damage; and it is recommended on all orders. Standard delivery service does not include shipping insurance. Due the construction of Most of the Products, shipping insurance will be required in order to ensure your product arrives safely and undamaged.
Free Shipping
The Free Shipping Promotion only applies to UPS Ground delivery which excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Post Office boxes as well as APO and FPO boxes. “Oversize and or overweight items, i.e. Televisions, receivers, furniture, electronics and printers are excluded from the free shipping promotion. All oversized or special order items which ship directly through the manufacturer or there distributor are also excluded and subject to shipping charges.
Shipping charges do not include handling and insurance charges which may be additional. If you placed an order online choosing the free shipping option on an item which does not qualify, you will be contacted by our support department informing you of any additional charges. Additional Shipping Charges
Some items may require additional shipping charges due to size or special handling requirements. Such costs will be clearly notated on the product page as a Delivery Surcharge. In addition AK/HI/PR/APO and FPO delivery addresses may incur additional charges. In this case, we will notify you of the additional charges, and you may choose to either pay the difference or to cancel the order.
In stock items are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Buywhiz.com will do everything we can to make sure you receive your package(s) in 5-15 business days depending on the Shipping Method selected at the time of Checkout. We do our best to estimate when items will ship from our facilities. However, there are sometimes unforseen events that may delay shipment. We appreciate your understanding if something like this occurs.
Cancelling an order
Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled once you have completed the checkout process. Due to our commitment to processing your order quickly, once the checkout process is completed, we immediately notify our warehouse and manufacturers to prepare your order for shipment. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you. If you wish to cancel your order once placed (and before it is shipped) we will deduct the appropriate credit card processing and PayPal fees which are approxiamtely 2.5% of your total amount.
Backordered items or Pre-ordered
Items will be shipped when we receive the merchandise. In most cases we will ship your in stock items and backorder items within your order in one shipment. If you would like to receive your non backordered items faster, please contact us and we will arrange for those items to be shipped as they become available.
Sales Tax
The Customer is responsible for sales and all other taxes associated with the order. In the unfortunate case that we should be out of something in your order, we will contact you by email immediately to suggest an alternative.
Backordering & Preordering
Backordering--We keep a large inventory at Buywhiz.com However, upon occasion our suppliers can't always get our shipments in time, or they are out of stock on items, so we occasionally do run into a back order situation. If this happens, you will be notified via email within One - Two Business Days of your order being placed to advise you about the situation.
Backordered items that arrive in less than 30 days will be automatically shipped to you upon their arrival at Buywhiz.com. For backorders that have extended beyond 30 days, we will email you to verify if you still wish to have the merchandise sent to you. We will not ship the item until we have received your confirmation. You are not charged for items that do not ship, so you will not be charged for the backordered items until they are physically ready for shipment. We do not charge for shipping on back ordered items that were originally eligible for Free Shipping.
Wrong item shipped/damaged merchandise
While the Buywhiz.com staff strives to offer excellent Customer Service and Quality Control, we are human and occasionally do make mistakes. In the event that we totally goof on an order, please contact us within 24 hours of the acceptance of your shipment to notify us of the error. We will ship you the correct item along with a return shipping label with an RMA number on it. Shipping the corrected item to you and the return item is at Buywhiz expense.
Damaged/Lost/Missing Package
In the event that a package shows delivered and you have not received your package, please contact customer service so that a tracer investigation can be initiated immediately. Once a tracer investigation has been initiated it may take up to 10 business days to complete. In the event that your product is delivered and damaged in transit, make sure to keep the original shipping box so it can be inspected at a later time. Damaged or misplaced items that were shipped via a freight company may take between 30-60 days for claim processing. Prior to shipping; all packages are thoroughly inspected to make sure all contents are included in the box. If you are missing any items from your package it must be reported to Buywhiz within 2 business days so an investigation can be initiated. Failure to report a missing item within 2 business days will severely hinder any possible investigation.
Freight Delivery
Furniture and other large items ship via freight carrier, which typically deliver between 9 and 5 Monday through Friday. The freight carrier will contact you within 5 days of Purchase to schedule a delivery appointment window. It is essential that someone over age of 18 years is home to receive, inspect, and sign for the delivery. If the appointment time is missed or an appropriate agent is not available to sign for the shipment, the carrier may charge you a trip charge. Unfortunately, we are unable to reverse those charges, so please be sure to contact the carrier if you need to change or reschedule the appointment. Freight carriers deliver to the threshold of the first floor only. Some carriers may offer Premium Delivery for an additional charge. Please contact us in advance if you are interested in Premium Delivery, as not all products are eligible.
When the shipment arrives, inspect the delivery thoroughly. Do not sign the Bill of Lading until you have unboxed and inspected the items for shipping damage. If shipping damages are evident, refuse the shipment or thoroughly notate the damages on the Bill of Lading and contact us immediately. If damages are not noted thoroughly, we will unfortunately be unable to assist in having the items repaired or replaced.
Return Shipping Policies
Buywhiz.com strives to provide our customers with the Best Customer Service possible. To ensure this, we have the following policy regarding Returns. We suggest you read this before you place any order with us and contact us if you have any questions, prior to placing your order.
Return Shipping Policy
Customer is responsible for return shipping. UPS is the preferred carrier for sending back returns because they are able to track the package for you. They will automatically insure the package up to $100. If your purchase is more than that, you should consider insurance. Please note that we are not responsible in the event of loss or theft of your items sent for returns.
Unopened items can be returned within 10 days of the confirmed delivery date of the package and a 15% restocking fee will be assessed. Opened items Cannot be returned. An item is considered open if the manufacturer's original package has been opened or cut or the item has been removed from its original packaging for any length of time. If it is determined that item has been opened, the return will not be accepted. If an item has been opened and the customer feels the item is defective, the customer must contact the manufacturer directly to employ the item's warranty. The manufacturer can often troubleshoot the problem quickly and get it up and running, and, if it is determined that their item is defective, the warranty can be used and handling charges are always non-refundable.
**Any underwater equipment or waterproof cameras, once submerged, cannot be returned. You must contact the manufacturer for returns or service on such products.
Buywhiz reserves the right to refuse refund/exchange for any reason. The following items are non-returnable: items purchased on sale & Clearance Merchandise. All sales become final 10 days after you receive the item. Refunds will be given in the form of in store credit only. In store credit expires from 1 year of date of purchase.
IMPORTANT
When sending a piece back, please notify us prior to shipping at sales@buywhiz.com for a Return Authorization Number (RMA Title the subject “Return”) No Exceptions. This will ensure that we are aware of your product being en-route and will be able to process your exchange more effectively. We will give you instructions on how and where to return your item. PLEASE do not send your item before requesting an Authorization Number first. Our items ship from different manufacturers, and we want you to send the item back to us instead of the manufacturer.
***Returning items that were bought with FREE SHIPPING: Customer will be refunded the cost of the product MINUS the seller's shipping cost. For example, if you bought an item that costs $20 and only paid $20, but the shipping cost of the seller was $5. Your total amount refunded will be $15.
Once we received the merchandise and confirm that it is unused and in its original packaging, we will issue a in-store credit. An e-mail will be sent to you upon receipt for your records. We reserve the right to refuse items that fall under any or all of the following criteria:
▪ Products which have been improperly packaged.
▪ Products in which the original manufacturers’ box or inserts are missing or tampered with or has stickers/shipping labels or writing on it.
▪ Products with any labels removed (UL listing, capacity brand name, UPC code)
▪ Products with SERIAL NUMBER which does not match SERIAL NUMBER on package or invoice (Buywhiz maintains Serial Number Tracking).
▪ Damage : Cracked or damaged components, LCD screens or damaged circuit boards.
▪ Damage: Any dents, Scratches defacement or abuse of base casting.
▪ Damage: Torn or punctured seals.
Any item returned without an RMA will not be processed and will be returned to the customer at the customer’s own expense.

Return Shipping Policy
All rebates are handled directly with the manufacturer unless clearly stated otherwise. We are not responsible under any circumstances for refused or declined rebates. Products offering mail in rebates are non returnable to Buywhiz once the rebates have been filed for. Be sure the product is working and you intend to keep the product before filing for rebates. Products missing UPC codes from the box are non returnable and will be rejected or subject to restocking fees. Imported products do not qualify for rebates. If you have any questions regarding rebates please contact customer service department before removing the UPC code.
